We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, click the profile icon in the store menu or visit our Returns / Refund Policy page, then follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your account
• Enter your email address and click Continue
• Check your email for the six-digit verification code
• Return to the store and enter the code
2. Click “Request Return” for the relevant order
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Choose a return reason and add a note
5. Click “Request Return”
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label. Once the product is received, the return will be processed according to the policies below.

Important Return Conditions
1. Damaged Items (During Transit)
• If your order is received damaged due to transit, it will be replaced free of cost.
• No refunds will be issued for transit-damaged products.
• Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item with clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
2. Wrong Size Ordered
• If you have ordered the wrong size, we will replace the item.
• Additional shipping charges will apply.
• No refunds will be issued for size-related exchanges.
3. Change of Mind / Other Issues
• If you do not like the product or face any other non-damage issue, you may return the item.
• Once approved, you will receive a gift card/store credit of the same value as the product (excluding shipping charges).
• No cash or original-payment refunds will be provided in such cases.
